Cancellation Policy
There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduled appointments within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
I reserve the right to refuse service if you are sick/arrive with symptoms.
This does not exempt you from being charged any fees, regardless of if it your decision or mine;
Sick cancellations are still subject to the cancellation policy.
If you are less than 10 minutes late to your appointment, the time will come out of your service.
After ten minutes you may be considered a no-show and will be charged accordingly.
